Wannado’s international team is currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist in Spain. This is an on-call duty position with remote work possibility, varying working hours and customer service tasks by phone in Swedish and German language. The job starts as soon as possible, and it contains varying working hours, particularly on weekends and evenings. This is a great opportunity for extra income!
Your job would be to help Wannado’s various client companies as a customer service representative. You will have an introduction and training. Your customer could be, for example:
- A tourism company, whose customers ask you about reservations, prices and problems
- In the future, other companies from different industries
We do not sell newspapers or telephone subscriptions.
You will need a basic or good level of Swedish and German to be able to communicate with customers, and English or Finnish to be able to communicate with us. In addition, we appreciate motivation, flexibility, eagerness to learn, and previous customer service experience.
